How will the Certification Process Work:

1. Download and print your original application form. (Download here)

2. Complete Part 2 of the Application (Download here)

3. Send signed application form, required documents ( document check list in Application Part2) along with a non-refundable fees of £200+VAT ( £235) in form of a cheque or pay order payable to Minority Supplier Development UK to:

The Approval process:

The Committee will review the application and other documents submitted for completeness. Once the Committee deems an application complete and an EMB, the Committee will approve/deny the application as an EMB. Further information maybe requested by the Committee prior to approving/denying the application. The Committee shall seek to approve or deny the application within ninety (90) calendar days from the receipt of all information requested from the relevant applicant.

The Committee shall notify the applicant in writing within two weeks of the Committee’s approval or denial. Approved applicants will be sent a document acknowledging their certification and details of such certification. In the event that the application is denied, the Committee shall inform the applicant in writing of its decision and the applicant’s right to appeal.
